I really wanted this to work for me, but it just didn’t have the kick I was hoping for. I made one cup in the morning, still felt tired, then ended up having a second cup and was still sleepy. The taste was fine, so no complaints there, but for my morning routine I need something with a little more caffeine

The grind was really inconsistent, and it definitely threw off the taste of my coffee. I reached out hoping for some help, but the response kind of made it feel like it was my problem to deal with. Frustrating overall

I bought these thinking they would work with my brewer, but they didn’t fit at all. The wording made it seem like they were compatible, which was misleading. I ended up wasting time trying to figure out what was wrong, and the support page didn’t really make things any clearer.

I tried this and it gave me the jitters bad!!! I felt way too shaky and wired after taking it, so it just wasn’t a good fit for me!!!

I tried it thinking it would be a lot smoother, but it came off flat and a little bitter to me. At first I was like, okay maybe it’ll grow on me, nope, absolutely not. Just wasn’t something I enjoyed.

I was excited to try this because of all the antioxidant claims, but i regret expecting much from it. It tasted fine, but to me it just felt like regular coffee. I didn’t notice anything special or different after drinking it.

I really wanted to like Purity Coffee, especially because I’d heard good things about it, but it just came out way too bitter for me. I tried it a couple different ways, even using a little less coffee than usual and tweaking the water amount, but that sharp bite was still there in every sip.
I can see how someone who likes a really bold, intense cup might enjoy it, but for me it was tough to get through even one mug. By the time it cooled down a bit, the bitterness stood out even more, so it’s probably not something I’d buy again.

I emailed customer service expecting at least some kind of reply, but I never heard back. After a while, it started to feel like this is just how they handle support, ignore the message and hope the customer stops asking. Frustrating experience.

I really wanted to enjoy this because the packaging was nice and it smelled good when I first opened it. But the decaf itself tasted kind of flat to me, almost a little stale, and for the price I expected more. It wasn’t terrible by any means, and I’d maybe try another blend from them, but this one just didn’t quite do it for me.

I opened it up and the smell was immediately off—kind of stale, weird, and burnt. Give me a break, I expected it to at least smell fresh

I tried drinking it with food, using less coffee, and making sure I had more water, but nothing really changed. I also reached out with a question and expected a faster response, especially given the price.

Once I stopped drinking it, my stomach went back to normal within a couple of days. Maybe it works fine for other people, but it was uncomfortable for me and I wouldn’t buy it again.

I tried ordering some coffee, but the website was kind of a mess?? The pages took forever to load, the cart was confusing, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic details. The coffee might be great, but the whole shopping experience made me give up before I could even check out

I bought this thinking it would be easier on my stomach and have that smoother taste everyone seems to mention, but it just didn’t work for me. The coffee kept coming out sharp and kind of rough no matter what I did. I messed around with different grind sizes, used less coffee, tried to make it work, and it still wasn’t any better. It felt like way too much effort for something that’s supposed to be simple and enjoyable. For the price, I really expected a lot more. I won’t be ordering it again.

I really wanted to like this coffee because it smelled good when I opened the bag, but once I actually brewed it in my machine it just never came out right, and I kept messing with the grind, changing the water amount, trying another setting, thinking maybe I was doing something wrong, but every cup still tasted weak and kind of flat.

For what it costs, I expected a much better cup. Maybe it works great for someone else’s setup, but for me it just wasn’t worth buying again.

I ordered one time and then somehow, without a doubt, the subscription just kept going like it had a life of its own. The cancel button was basically impossible to find, and I still got charged before support even got back to me. The coffee was fine, nothing terrible, but the whole autoship situation completely ruined it for me. I just wanted to stop the orders without a bunch of emails back and forth. Absolutely not buying again...

I tried drinking this every day for a week because I was hoping it would help me feel a little more energized, but I didn’t notice much of a difference. I still felt tired most days, so it didn’t really live up to what I expected...

I tried it for about a week, but my gut feeling quickly was that it wasn’t agreeing with me. My acid reflux seemed to get worse, and after a few days I just knew I had to stop drinking it. Probably works fine for some people, but it’s not for me.

I looked around the site for clear lab results but couldn’t really find them anywhere. Maybe I missed something, but I feel like that info should be easy to spot if it’s available.

I’ve ordered from them twice now, and both times the coffee showed up way later than expected. The tracking barely moved, so I had no real idea where it was, and when I reached out to support they basically just told me to wait longer. Maybe it was bad luck, but something feels off with how they handle deliveries. I don’t think I’ll order again
